We manufacture 1st class quality doner kebab meat, chicken doner, shish kebab at our new and improved premises in Bolton. We use only the best doner ingredients and have been producing donner kebabs, chicken kebabs and shish kebabs since 1999. We have six varieties of doner and we also cater for customers who wish to use their own spices. Weight ranges from 5kgs to 40kgs per block. We also supply associated donner kebab equipment such as knives etc.
As well as being known as doner kebabs, other names include kebap, donair, döner, doner or donner. Doner Kebab is the origin of other similar Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes such as shawarma and gyros.
